Our 14-day return policy, effective from the day you receive your purchase, allows you to request a return for any of our standard products purchased through our webshop. Please note that shipping costs for the returned goods are at the customers' expenses, unless proven that the product is faulty.
Tailored to measurement curtains, trimmings and wallcoverings can not be returned. We also do not accept returns of customized products.
To qualify for a return, ensure the product is in its original, unused condition, complete with tags, and housed in its original packaging. We also require the receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
